

Go to about 2:00 min in to the video to see what I mean.ĮDIT: Just a thought here, make sure if you do move the origin that nobody else needs the current origin. This video pretty much shows you what I am talking about. You may have to zoom WAY out to find it, the origin does not scale with the view though so you should be able to see it at any zoom scale. If you didn't see this triangle/circle anywhere in your site plan then this model was done far far away from the origin. Do the same with the Triangle shape, place it directly on top of the circle again and click the paperclip again to lock both of them. Drag this circle to where you want the origin to be (I always use the lower left corner of the building as origin) then click the paperclip to lock it down.

You need to select this origin (use TAB), when you have it highlighted you will see a paperclip on the top left of this icon, click the paperclip to unlock the origin. You will see a blue icon (looks like a triangle with a circle on top that represents your origin. In Revit, go to your Site plan in your browser on the left. Within a month or so, the haze will start to. After or even during training the PM should model up something small from start to finish.
